I'M MAKING A NEW GAME

Hey, I've just announced my next game; ABJECT ABYSS. It's a much larger and more involved project than my other stuff, so I've decided to bring it to steam!

Here is the rundown:  Abject Abyss is a first-person sci-fi horror-adventure. Like my other games, it'll feature bespoke monsters to run and hide from, levels with assets and music hand-made by me, and at least one alternate ending. Where it differs is in size, scope, and style.

STYLE: As much as I love the 'haunted Playstation' style, I mostly used it in the past for speed. This time I'm slowing down and really taking the time to make detailed assets for a more realistic look. 
SCOPE: Horror adventure means that as well as evading monsters, you'll be exploring levels, collecting items, reading notes and emails, and solving puzzles. 
SIZE: This isn't a quick dev cycle for a game jam entry, so it wont be something you sit down and finish in a few minutes. This is a full length horror. How long exactly? It's hard for me to say, but I'll have a much better idea once the demo releases and I can see how fast people are moving through it.

"So, if the game is on steam, will it also be on Itch?"
The demo will certainly be on ITCH, but I'm not sure yet if the full game will be too. We'll see. Either way, Steam first.

"Sounds good, When will I hear more?"
If you want to get your hands on an early build as soon as possible, you can sign up for the mailing list to get a spot in the first playtest!

If you just want to know when the full release is out, I highly recommend Whishlisting the game on Steam, and of course following me here on Itch. The Steam page will be the main hub for everything, so that's your best bet if your interested.
