A downloadable game for Windows

Hey, I'm working on my next game, Abject Abyss. Have a look!

Abject Abyss

FROZEN HEARTS

You arrived early in the morning, and took a few hours to rest. Now, you're ready to head to the Monastery and finish your journey.

Created for the Themed Horror Game Jam#2

An extremely truncated version of the game I originally planned, as is common with game jams.  Its short, and the story is not particularly well explained. Think of it like a proof of concept.

Thanks for playing!

Note, I've discovered an issue where dialogue at the start sometimes fails to respond to mouse input. If you are unable to click to progress the dialogue, try using the space bar or controller input instead.

A beautifully made game that was created in a short amount of time for a game jam. The extra detail of being able to interact with every NPC in the opening setting was awesome. Little detail like that goes a long way for a game. Great job on this short experience and good luck on your next development!

Saw ending!

This is a fantastic proof of concept (and a fun super short indie game). I loved the plot and this world is super interesting, so I hope this proof of concept will turn into a full-fledged game. Oh, and I love an icy environment and the chatty settlers. Lovely work!

I was pleased with the game. It was eerie, atmosphere was neat, the introduction with the NPC's was interesting, although I did get lost in the snowy forest, but, overall, not bad. Good Job.
